- Purchases and restores happen in-app and update access automatically.
- AI imports, AI recipe generation, online discovery, Cloud Backup, purchase restore, and Pro access are tied to your signed-in CookClip account.
- You can manually create and organize local recipes while signed out.
- Partner promo codes can be redeemed from Settings when eligible.

Can I organize recipes without Pro?
Yes. Collections, tags, favorites, search, and recipe sharing are available on the free plan.
When do I need Pro?
Use Pro when the free cookbook is working and you want unlimited saves, unlimited AI imports, AI-generated recipe ideas, online discovery, planning, categorized grocery lists, and custom scaling.
Can I get Pro without subscribing?
Yes. Choose a subscription for flexibility, or buy Lifetime Pro once when the lifetime option is available. The in-app purchase screen shows current availability and local pricing.
Do imports work from every link?
Imports work best when the recipe is visible. If a site blocks the recipe with cookies, a login, or collapsed content, open the page first, accept required cookies, confirm the recipe is visible, then try again.
How do partner promo codes work?
Eligible free users can redeem partner promo codes in Settings. Active Pro subscribers do not need promo redemption.
